Terms of Service

The fun legal stuff.
1. The Basics
By using Petit a Petit, you agree to:
- Actually go running (the app works better that way)
- Not blame us if you trip over a rock
- Accept that your pace might hurt your feelings sometimes
2. Your Responsibilities
- Watch where you’re going
- Stay hydrated
- Don’t run into traffic (seriously)
- Be nice to other runners you meet
- Run Together: only share your invite code with people you know. Once a friend joins, they will see your live run data and your route for that session.
3. Health & Safety
Before you run, please note:
- Consult a doctor if you have any health concerns
- Stay hydrated before, during, and after runs
- Warm up and cool down properly
- Be aware of your surroundings and traffic
- Adjust intensity in extreme weather conditions
- Stop and rest if you feel unwell
- Wear reflective gear when running at night
- Let someone know your running route
Your health matters more than any pace record!
4. Our Promises
We promise to:
- Keep the app running smoothly
- Not judge your pace (out loud)
- Celebrate your achievements
- Fix bugs faster than you can run a 5K
5. Disclaimer
Petit a Petit is not responsible for:
- Sudden motivation to run marathons
- Excessive post-run selfies
- Becoming “that person” who talks about running
- The urge to buy more running shoes
6. The Serious Part
All purchases are final. By using premium features, you agree to the pricing displayed at time of purchase. We reserve the right to update these terms. We’ll let you know if anything major changes.
